Moon and Stars works to promote the accessibility and wider understanding of the cultural importance of corn. We also seek to ensure the redevelopment of lost and endangered varieties of heritage corn. The organization utilizes regenerative farming techniques and heritage culinary practices to create a deeper understanding and appreciation of corn and it’s sacred and vital role in native cultures throughout the Americas.

Our goal is to feed humanity nutrient dense food from regenerative farming practices by farmers and processing staff receiving a desirable quality of life for their work, this means good labor salaries and good benefits.
